Lori Harvey has spilled her secret about her weight loss journey in a TikTok video she posted on May 14. Disclosing her diet, the model said she ate twelve hundred calories maximum with meat and veggies.

Adding to the diet, she said that she had worked out five to six times a week where she often did pilates, sprint interval circuits, or hiking. Sometimes, she would repeat her exercise one more time.

However, the lady got criticism for her diet that eating such a low amount of calories would lead to malnutrition, eating disorders, mental health issues, and many other issues.

As said by insiders, the calorie she took for weight loss is not enough for a grown-up woman, instead is for a three-year-old.

In a remark in her video, she justified her diet, saying that the thing worked for her body. She said, “Before you all start your shit, this is what worked for me and MY body. everyone is different, so tailor your needs to meet your goals.”
